Copyright

A musical composition consists of music, including any accompanying words, and is normally registered as a work of the performing arts. The author of a musical composition is generally the composer, and the lyricist, if any. A musical composition may be in the form of a notated copy (for example, sheet music) or in the form of a phonecard (for example, cassette tape, LP, or CD). Sending a musical composition in the form of a phonecard does not necessarily mean that there is a claim to copyright in the sound recording.
  1. billy can get sued because he produced it to the public and made money off of it and the owner may sue only if they have the copyright of if they are under a label
                        2.  false
                        3.  yes because lil john is under a label and probably has the copyright and you are
making money off of it and he is not.
                        4.  illegal because you bough it from a pirated DVD seller
